His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam received in audience His Excellency Laurence Bay, outgoing High Commissioner of the Republic of Singapore to Brunei Darussalam. His Excellency presented his Letter of Credence to His Majesty on 13th September 2023.
